12 Week Weight Loss Program (Phone Based)

$120 for initial onboarding, then $60 per week for 11 weeks.

Take the guesswork out of weight loss with expert guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Our 12-week program offers one-on-one support and practical, sustainable strategies to help you achieve long-term success.

What’s Included:

  • 30-minute onboarding call to discuss your dietary habits, history, and personal goals.

  • Free access to the Weight Wise Dietetics Basics eBook.

  • Weekly ~15-minute phone check-ins at a time that suits you.

  • Personalised macronutrient goals (calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats), if appropriate.

  • Detailed follow-up emails after each check-in, outlining your weekly goals, strategies, and relevant education, including additional resources if needed.

Optional Add-On: Tailored meal plan based on your preferences and calorie targets for $30 each.

Minimum commitment of 4 weeks ($300 AUD) paid upfront, then $45 per week ongoing.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice, or 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

$99 for initial onboarding, then $45 per week for 11 weeks.

  • Detailed onboarding questionnaire to assess your dietary habits, history, and personal goals. Once completed, you’ll receive an onboarding email to get you started.

  • Free access to the Weight Wise Dietetics Basics eBook.

  • Personalised macronutrient goals (calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats), if appropriate.

  • Weekly online check-in form to track your progress and share updates.

  • Weekly check-in email with personalised goals, strategies, relevant education, and encouragement including additional resources if needed.

$145 (~45 minutes) for an Initial Consultation

  • Practical strategies to improve your diet and overall well-being.

  • Follow-up email after each consultation, summarising key takeaways and next steps.
