My name is Shae, and I’m the founder of Weight Wise Dietetics. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I’m passionate about guiding my clients on their nutrition journey. My goal isn’t to tell you what to eat but to provide the education, tools, and support you need to make sustainable, balanced choices for long-term health.

My Journey
My passion for nutrition began in my teenage years, much like many others. I struggled to find a balanced approach to eating, constantly jumping from one unsustainable diet to the next. Frustrated by the endless mixed messages about food, I discovered the role of a dietitian and I knew I had found my calling.
After completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University, I worked as a dietitian before founding Weight Wise Dietetics. My mission is to help others cut through the noise and build healthy, sustainable eating habits. I want to give you the tools and confidence to reach your health goals while still enjoying the foods you love!
